Shipping

We ship to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier.

Shipping Rates:
– Canada: $15 flat rate. Free shipping on orders over $85.
– United States & International: Calculated at checkout. Buyer is responsible for any customs, duties and/or tariff charges that may apply.

Oversized or heavy items may incur an additional shipping charge, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available within Dufferin County for a flat $5 charge.

For the purpose of this policy, Dufferin County includes Orangeville, Shelburne, Grand Valley, Amaranth, East Garafraxa, Mono, Mulmur, and Melancthon.

Pick Up

Free pick up is available in Amaranth, which is situated between Orangeville and Shelburne.

Returns & Exchanges

New items are eligible for exchange for store credit within 15 days of purchase.

Used products are not eligible for exchange and are considered final sale.

Consumable products are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

Returns may be completed in one of two ways:
– In-person returns: Free of charge
– Mail-in returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Once your return is received, a store credit will be issued for the value of the item(s). Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
