Trade-In, Consignment
and Donation Policy

General Conditions

  • Items can be new or used, but must be clean and in good condition, with no damage, excessive wear, or missing parts. Electronic items must be working.

  • Consumable items that are opened, recalled items, or items deemed unsafe are not accepted.

  • Acceptance of all items is at our discretion.

  • All decisions regarding value, pricing, and eligibility are final.

Trade-Ins
(Store Credit)

Items with a retail value of up to $50 may be accepted for trade-in in exchange for store credit.

Trade-in value is determined by us based on condition, brand, demand, and resale potential. This is typically 20% of new retail value.

​

Store credit has no cash value, does not expire, and may be used toward any future purchase.

​

We reserve the right to decline any item for trade-in.

Consignment (Cash Payout)

Items with a retail value over $50 may be accepted for consignment at our discretion.

​

We will sell the item on your behalf and issue a cash payout equal to 40% of the final sold price.

​

Your item will remain consigned with us for up to 6 months, or until sold, whichever comes first. If your item does not sell within 6 months, you will receive store credit for 20% of the currently listed price and the item will become our property.

 

List pricing of your item is determined by us.

Donations
(Paw It Forward)

Items of any value may be donated.

​

A portion of the proceeds of donated items will support our Paw It Forward initiative, which supports local dog organizations and rescues.

 

Donated items become the property of the store and are not eligible for store credit, cash payout, or return.
